If you follow me on Pinterest, you may have noticed I went into a bit of a s’mores frenzy last night. I realized that I had so many pictures of my favorite dessert all over my boards that I decided to condense all of the marshmallowey goodness into one board devoted entirely to the best combination in the world: graham, chocolate, and slightly burnt marshmallows.

It’s not that this dessert is my favorite because of the ingredients alone. It’s really about the art of toasting that marshmallow…sitting in front of a campfire….and getting creative in any type of “additional toppings” you can add. I’m one of those people that thinks it’s wrong to make s’mores in the microwave. It’s also wrong to eat a s’more without toasting the marshmallow….since “toasted marshallow” is an ENTIRELY different flavor than “out of the bag marshmallow”. It’s true. I’m an easy going person but I’m very partial to my s’mores.
