Last week, among all the crazy, I was fortunate enough to join a few of my favorite Seattle area bloggers for a special gathering at Vince’s Italian Restaurant, hosted by the lovely and amazing Mama Kat and the SITS girls, to learn all about the new Graco SnugRide® Click Connect™ 40, a brand new car seat being sold exclusively at Babies R Us.
Not only did we learn a TON about the product itself {more on that below}, but it was such a fun opportunity to enjoy good food, company, and OF COURSE lots of talk about babies – everything from birth stories, to safety and gear, to breastfeeding, to the latest headlining news stories. I love our network of Seattle bloggers!!!
The guest of honor {aka – the car seat!} was there too, and we were able to dive right in and test out all its awesome features. For example:
As you can see, there is no shortage of goodness. This is the only infant car seat that provides rear-facing protection for babies from birth to 2 years old and up to 40 pounds! I love the 8 reclining positions {most leg room of any rear-facing seat} and the kick plate that adjusts to protect your seats. And ANOTHER awesome thing?! As your baby grows, you don’t have to re-thread the harness, it simply adjusts to fit your growing little one. I was NEVER good at doing that and always had to have Josh help me!
In case you are more of a visual learner, here is a GREAT video detailing the features:
More product information, videos, and interactive learning can be found at Graco Safety.
The Graco SnugRide® Click Connect™ 40 – the first and only newborn to two-year infant car seat that actually grows with your baby from four pounds all the way up to 40 pounds. The car seat is designed for a parent on the go. The infant car seat can be easily removed from the base and used as a carrier when the infant is small, providing portability and convenience so you can easily move your infant in and out of the car without disturbing them.
The American Academy of Pediatrics recently made the recommendation to keep all children in rear-facing car seats until the age of 2. Graco set out to make this product so parents can keep infants rear facing longer while still keeping them comfortable.
This is a sponsored post written by me on behalf of Graco. The opinions and text are all mine. I was not compensated monetarily for this post but I was provided with the product in exchange for this review.

Great post! I love your little info graphic! Where are those arrows from?
